Privacy Policy

Your Privacy Is Our Priority

Clear information about how your data is handled.

Your Privacy Matters

This policy explains what happens when you use UtilX. No account is required for the public tools. You should avoid entering secrets or regulated data into any service that is not approved by your organization, even when processing is local. If you are uncertain about a feature, contact us at contact@devutilx.xyz before using it with sensitive information.

Data Processing

Operations described as local run in the browser through JavaScript, WebAssembly, or other web APIs. For those operations, file or text contents do not need to be sent to our server to produce a result. The page may make separate technical requests to load the application, fonts, analytics, or advertising. If a future tool needs remote processing, that requirement should be disclosed before you submit data.

Local Storage

The browser may store preferences such as theme and favorite tools in local storage. This information remains associated with that browser until you remove it in the application or browser settings. UtilX currently has no public user accounts and does not use local storage to retain files processed by its tools.

Third-Party Services

UtilX uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and may use Google AdSense to display advertising on selected pages. These providers can receive technical information such as IP address, device type, visited page, and identifiers or cookies depending on your region and consent choices. They should not receive text or files entered into local-processing tools. See Google's policies and our cookie policy for further information.

Your Rights

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser. For privacy questions or requests concerning data under our control, email contact@devutilx.xyz with enough information to locate the request. Because there are no public accounts, we normally do not hold a profile associated with your identity. Data processed directly by external providers is also governed by their own policies and request procedures.
