1. Data Processing

All of the tools provided on UtilX operate entirely on the client-side (within your web browser). This means that any text you paste, files you drag and drop, or images you convert are processed locally on your device.

We do not upload, store, or transmit your files or data to any of our servers.

2. Local Storage

Some tools may use your browser's Local Storage to save your recent history or preferences (such as Dark/Light mode). This data remains on your device and can be cleared by you at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

We also use basic analytics to understand website traffic, but we do not track individual users across the web.
